Bullivant Achieves Highest Ranking in 2010 Chambers USA Survey

Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a West Coast complex litigation and business law firm, announces that the firm and three of its attorneys are recognized as leaders in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, and insurance law in the latest edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2010). Released June 11th, the published survey showcases the proficiency of the nation's attorneys across a variety of practices areas. The rankings are based entirely on market research and extensive interviews of both in-house counsel and private practitioners.

The firm's general commercial litigation practice moved to the top rank in the category, Band 1. Chambers acknowledged that Bullivant's "savvy" lawyers "fight hard for clients' interests, and inspire confidence in the courtroom."
