Argument on reliance standard wins summary judgment twice for national insurer

Summary judgment for a national insurer on issue of a claimant's material misrepresentations related to large fire loss. Ruling of summary judgment was appealed, and the appellate court remanded the case. After additional briefing and argument in trial, however, summary judgment was again awarded to our client. Plaintiff in matter sought over $15 million in contractual, extra-contractual, and punitive damages.
