Practice Experience

Elizabeth Wright is a litigator with extensive experience representing companies in a broad array of commercial and casualty cases. Her representation of businesses includes work in environmental cleanup, insurance coverage, construction defect, product liability, and antitrust matters. In Bullivant's Casualty Litigation Group, Elizabeth focuses on the analysis and defense of product liability claims.

Before joining Bullivant, Elizabeth was a partner at a Chicago firm where she defended corporate clients in product liability and environmental matters, as well as general business litigation. In addition, she provided analysis and defense for her clients in matters involving Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Elizabeth also practiced in Boise, Idaho, where she represented architects and owners in construction defect cases.

Elizabeth served as a Judicial Clerk for Justice William Ray Price of the Missouri Supreme Court following graduation from law school.

Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Idaho and Illinois. She graduated with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Iowa Law Review.
