Practice Experience

Brendan Hanrahan is a civil litigator in the Seattle Office.  His diverse practice includes handling coverage, environmental, toxic tort, catastrophic injury, and construction matters.  Brendan has experience in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals, including serving as first-chair in over a dozen trials.

Brendan is a problem solver at heart.  He understands the risks imposed by litigation.  He is trusted by his clients to strategically position their case for a favorable resolution.  He takes great pride in understanding cases from his clients' perspective, including their definition of success.

Prior to Bullivant, Brendan served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the King County Prosecutor's Office trying misdemeanor and felony cases.  While in law school, Brendan created and implemented a culturally focused program to help tribal leaders design laws and policies to lead to sustainable economic success as the lead researcher for the Gonzaga Institute for Development of Economic Policy for Indigenous People.
