Practice Experience

Bryce Adams represents clients across the public and private sectors in insurance law. He has managed a robust caseload and has drafted winning summary judgment motions, negotiated settlements, drafted successful challenges to the appointment of unfavorable panelists in mediations and arbitrations and analyzed insurance policies to determine coverage. Bryce approaches his practice with a clear understanding that all legal services must provide value to a client's bottom line.

Bryce received his J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where he focused on administrative law across diverse topics in the natural resources and energy fields. Before joining private practice, he served as in-house counsel for public sector contract procurement at TruePenny Ltd., a regulatory automation firm specializing in permitting and licensing technology.

  • Provided critical environmental analysis to municipal authorities during the 2014 Port of Vancouver oil terminal controversy.
  • Negotiated a transfer of a $20 million service contract for Medicare eligibility automation for the state of Hawaii.

Outside the Firm

Bryce is a proud contributor to the Elephant Valley Project & Elie Foundation in Mondulkiri, Cambodia, and donates to the African Wildlife Foundation, Orangutan Republic, Veterans Empowered to Protect African Wildlife, and the Rainforest Action Network. It may come as no surprise, therefore, that Bryce builds his life outside the office around international travel—preferably in countries with heat, jungles, and ruins to explore.
