Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a West Coast business and complex litigation law firm, is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have joined the firm.

Matthew Hedberg joins Bullivant in the Insurance Industry Services Practice Group in the Portland office. He previously practiced in Boise, Idaho and Portland, Oregon before joining the firm. Hedberg is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law.
Arlena Carrozzi joins Bullivant in the San Francisco office where she is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) where she was a member of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology.
Evelyn English Winters joins the firm in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Portland office. Winters is a cum laude graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School where she was the submissions editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.
