Cases involving toxic and hazardous substances

Federally approved labels, preemption of state law claims, OSHA and industry standards are all part of the knowledge utilized to successfully defend suits such as (a) the claim of a spray painter at a car repair shop who contracted isocyanate-induced asthma from inadequate respirator protection; or (b) a suit to recover crop damage allegedly caused by our client's herbicide sold internationally for application on such crops.
