Represented a nationwide consumer electronics manufacturer in a national consumer class action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The multi-count complaint alleged violations of California's Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition Law, and False Advertising Law, as well as common law fraud, breach of express warranty and unjust enrichment claims. The Consumers Legal Remedies Act and unjust enrichment claims were dismissed, and a class settlement was negotiated on terms favorable to the client.
