Practice Experience

Deb Carstens focuses her practice on appellate advocacy. She also has extensive experience in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation.

After finishing a clerkship at the Washington State Supreme Court, Deb entered private practice. She has been with Bullivant Houser Bailey for the past twenty years. During that time, she has participated in a wide variety of cases, including appellate litigation in state and federal court, coverage disputes, bankruptcy, employment discrimination, construction defect litigation, and the defense of tort claims.
