Downs Re-elected to FDCC Board, Receives Joseph R. Olshan Award for Outstanding Committee Chair

Andrew B. Downs, a Bullivant shareholder and a member of the firm's board of directors, was re-elected as a Director of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). The election took place at the recently concluded annual meeting. Downs will also act as the Program Chair for the 2015 annual meeting.
Downs was also honored by the FDCC with the Joseph R. Olshan Award for Outstanding Committee Chair. The award is "presented annually to a Committee or Project Chair whose work has made the most outstanding contribution" according to the FDCC. This year's award recognized Downs' contributions as Chair of the FDCC's Social Media and Website Committee.
