Andrew E. Passmore

Practice Experience

Drew Passmore joined Bullivant Houser Bailey in 2011, as an associate in the Insurance Industry Services Group. He is experienced in reviewing and revising contracts, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright.

Prior to joining Bullivant, Drew served on the Washington D.C. staffs of Congresswoman Cathy McMorris-Rogers and Congressman George Nethercutt. After his work for Congress, he served as a government affairs assistant at K&L Gates LLP, where he specialized in military, nanotechnology, biotechnology, appropriations, energy, environment, and nuclear waste remediation issues.

While in law school, Drew was a line editor with the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law, and a member of the Mock Trial Honors Society and the Washington College of Law Intellectual Property Society. He also served as a legal intern for the Federal Communications Commission and a non-profit that counseled early-stage technology companies on intellectual property and business-related issues.
