Practice Experience

Evelyn Winters joined Bullivant Houser Bailey as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in 2010. Prior to joining Bullivant, Evelyn served as a Law Clerk to the General Counsel at Lewis & Clark College.

Evelyn earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School where she was the Submissions Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. While in law school, Evelyn clerked with the Oregon Department of Justice in the Criminal Justice Division. During her third year in law school, Evelyn appeared on behalf of clients in landlord/tenant disputes and family matters at the Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic.
