Our client was in need of general counsel and business transaction legal counsel. We helped establish the company eight years ago and have been general counsel ever since. We have done employment (non-compete) work, have helped establish worldwide activities in Australia, Korea, Italy, and Canada, among others, we do all corporate work, have helped the company transition from an LLC to a C Corp, and helped with the securities work on an initial offering.
