Practice Experience
Jerry Sale heads the appellate department for the Seattle office. For more than 20 years, Jerry has been a trial lawyer with Bullivant Houser Bailey specializing in providing insurers insurance coverage and bad faith representation and advice. Effective March 2008, Jerry became of counsel to the firm and will limit his practice to handling appeals, including matters in trial court that will likely be subject to appeal. He remains available as consultant to Bullivant Houser Bailey's insurance industry attorneys. Jerry has been selected for inclusion in
Washington Super Lawyers
each year since 2000, and was recently recognized as one of the Top Ten Appellate Attorneys in the State of Washington.
