Laura Caldera Taylor Elected To the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation

Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a nationally recognized law firm with offices in Washington, Oregon and California, is pleased to announce that Laura Caldera Taylor, a shareholder in the Portland office, was recently elected to The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.

The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of lawyers, judges and legal scholars whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Membership in The Fellows is limited to one-third of one percent of the lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction of the United States.

Taylor's practice focuses on intellectual property and complex business disputes. She has experience helping clients involved in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other complex business disputes.

Taylor currently serves on the Internet Committee for the International Trademark Association (INTA), and has served on various INTA committees since 2006. She currently serves as the Secretary for the Executive Committee of the Business Litigation Section of the Oregon State Bar Association. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Conference of Women's Bar Associations and served as president of Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLS) from 2008-2009. In addition, Taylor is a member of the Ambassador Board for the Children's Cancer Association.
