Experience

Taylor Florence has more than 20 years of experience representing businesses in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation. As a trial attorney, Taylor has handled litigation in the areas of software development, telecommunications, employee benefits, creditors' rights, securities claims, California Prop 65 matters, and environmental issues, including the defense of clients in CERCLA lawsuits.

A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing businesses and individuals in entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, intellectual property, patent infringement, trade secret, unfair competition, fraud and RICO matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Taylor serves as Chairman of Bullivant's Board of Directors. In this role, Taylor's primary focus is vision planning and strategic growth initiatives for the firm – both geographic and in services focused on and offered to clients. Prior to his Board involvement, Taylor served as Shareholder-In-Charge of the firm's Sacramento office for 12 years.
