Practice Experience

Marianne Ghim focuses on analysis and litigation of insurance coverage issues. Her experience includes both first and third-party insurance coverage disputes. Her past cases have involved claimant fraud and misrepresentation, fire loss, employee dishonesty, collapse, and business interruption loss. Marianne is now practicing in state and federal courts in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

Her emphasis is on providing cost-effective representation to insurers in all aspects of investigation of the claim, arbitration and/or trial.
