On Thursday, April 30, 2020, Bullivant Houser and Holmes & Company presented a joint webinar on "Maximizing Forgiveness Under the Paycheck Protection Program: Tips, Techniques, and a Planning Toolkit (Avoid the Traps!)"
The webinar provided a comprehensive analysis of how to maximize the loan forgiveness of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
This webinar was designed for any business or sole proprietor who has received or expects to receive a loan under the PPP program. Additionally, financial, legal, and other advisers who are responsible for assisting clients in managing the PPP forgiveness process may benefit significantly from this program.

Bill is a certified public accountant, business valuation expert and fraud examiner with Holmes & Company PC. He is the Vice-Chair of the Accountants' Specialized Litigation Group (SLG) for the Defense Resource Institute (DRI) and served on the Oregon Board of Accountancy Complaints Committee (BOACC) for five years. He has published articles on the standard of care for accountants, is an invited speaker at national litigation conferences involving accounting malpractice and advanced damages topics, and assists trial lawyers nationally in complex litigation matters.
