Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a leading West Coast business and complex litigation law firm, is pleased to announce Marianne Ghim, Kyle Sciuchetti, and Laura Caldera Taylor have been elected shareholder, effective January 1, 2011. These attorneys have been recognized for their professionalism and leadership in their respective areas of practice, and will play an integral role in leading the future of the firm.

Marianne Ghim is an attorney in the firm's Portland office, focusing on analysis and litigation of insurance coverage issues. Her experience includes both first and third-party insurance coverage disputes. She received her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.
Kyle Sciuchetti practices in the firm's Portland office, and maintains an active construction and hospitality practice throughout Oregon and Washington. He regularly advises businesses and manages the legal needs of many companies ranging from construction contractors to hotel management companies. Kyle received his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College.
Laura Caldera Taylor is a Pacific Northwest litigator in the firm's Portland office, specializing in intellectual property. She has experience helping clients involved in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other complex business disputes. Laura received her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.
