Michael Ratoza and
Laura Caldera Taylor, attorneys at Bullivant Houser Bailey, have been appointed to International Trademark Association committees. Ratoza was appointed to the East Asia and Pacific subcommittee of the Anti-Counterfeiting and Enforcement Committee, which evaluates treaties, laws, regulations and procedures, and advocates policies to advance protection against counterfeiting and infringement. Taylor was appointed to the Online Trademark Use subcommittee of the Internet Committee, which evaluates treaties, laws, regulations and procedures relating to domain name assignment, use of trademarks on the Internet, and unfair competition on the Internet. She has served on the North America subcommittee since 2006, serving as a task force chair since 2008.
