Practice Experience

Dick Matson has more than twenty years of general litigation, trial practice and alternative dispute resolution experience following a career in the insurance industry. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, business torts, breach of contract claims, employment disputes, construction disputes, products liability claims, real estate matters and personal injury disputes. Dick also defends malpractice claims against attorneys, insurance agents, accountants, architects and engineers, real estate agents and other professionals. He has tried cases in the state and federal courts throughout Washington and Oregon, and has served as an arbitrator in private disputes.
