Are you looking for a source for some answers to the quick questions? The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) has a solution that is not well known. BOLI offers some quick reference guides on some of the more common employment questions. These books are great starting points for all employers, whether the small business owner, experienced HR professionals or somewhere in between. They are written to be user friendly and can help you deal with some of the day-to-day questions that may arise as you deal with leave under the Oregon Family Leave Act or on wage and hour issues.
BOLI has just updated the Family Leave Book and has some new books as well. These are great, inexpensive references that we wanted you to know about.
