Taylor Florence has more than 20 years of experience representing businesses in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation. As a trial attorney, Taylor has handled litigation in the areas of software development, telecommunications, employee benefits, securities claims, and environmental issues, including the defense of clients in CERCLA lawsuits. In addition to his legal practice, Taylor serves as Chairman of Bullivant's Board of Directors. His practice includes collection, receiverships and foreclosure actions. Larry represents creditor, debtors, trustees and unsecured creditor committees. He has extensive experience in the real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, retail and maritime industries.
