Job Description

Our Portland office has a full-time support technician position available in our Information Technology department. We are seeking someone who enjoys playing a vital role in a team-oriented environment.


This position is a member of our technical support team and will provide software support to 100+ end users of desktop and laptop PCs utilizing mostly MS Office applications and NetDocs.


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Customer service background and an aptitude for computer software applications
  • The ability to problem solve and exercise good judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task/prioritize and follow through
  • Possess professional oral and written communications, flexibility, reliability
  • Help desk/training experience helpful
