Bullivant has implemented a state-of-the-art Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, InterAction, a sophisticated tool that allows Bullivant to leverage our firmwide ability to quickly focus our knowledge resources in support of large-scale litigation and other matters. InterAction gives lawyers across the firm immediate access to intelligence about our relationships with experts, opposing counsel, as well as matter history and information.

Client Extranet

An Internet-based tool, the Bullivant Extranet functions as a "virtual office" for our clients that is always open, is not limited by geography, and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection. Our Extranet allows secure collaboration and convenient access to information between our clients, attorneys and staff. Attorneys and clients can post documents for review, receive feedback, plan meetings, automate calendaring and scheduling, all while reducing the need for costly courier, fax, phone and overnight deliveries.

Web Conferencing

Web conferencing allows Bullivant to have a virtual online meeting with both internal and external participants including the ability to share a presentation, perform real time document collaboration and review, use a white board for brainstorming and transfer relevant documents to all participants. It also reduces the need for travel to in-person meetings, saving both time and money. Bullivant has teamed up with WebEx web conferencing solutions in order to utilize this powerful medium.
