Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a nationally recognized law firm with offices in Washington, Oregon, and California, is pleased to announce that Ron Clark has been recently inducted to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Founded in 1958, ABOTA (an invitation-only organization) is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership consists of more than 7,600 lawyers—equally balanced between plaintiff and defense—and judges spread among 96 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Ron Clark brings a trial lawyer’s expertise and experience to bear in cases involving insurance coverage litigation and bad faith, product liability, and general tort actions. His representation focuses on the Western states including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, and Alaska in state and federal courts.Ron’s trial experience includes more than 40 trial verdicts. Clients benefit from his background because he understands the opportunities and risks of taking cases before a jury and judge. Ron has defended some of the largest national insurance carriers in coverage litigation and bad faith matters across the Northwest and in other jurisdictions. A large portion of Ron’s work involves defense of bad faith claim-handling allegations, but he also handles product liability and general tort litigation.
