- Candidates must be admitted in California and federal jurisdictions and must be active members in good standing with the California State Bar.
- They should have knowledge of QDROs, ACA, HIPAA, HITECH, FMLA, CFRA, MPRA, PTE, ERISA claims and appeals procedures, and other laws and regulations issued by DOL and IRS.
- Experience reviewing investment agreements/contracts, plan mergers, treasury submissions, preparing plan documents and participant notices, as well as DOL, IRS, and HHS plan audits.
