Litigation Legal Assistant

Responsibilities include providing support to your assigned attorneys as well as being a teammate to support the overall needs of the firm. This position requires exceptional secretarial skills, proficiency with Oregon state and federal court rules/procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing/calendaring rules. Washington experience is a plus.

Candidates must possess a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional client service orientation, sound judgment, reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain focused in the midst of dueling priorities are necessary for the position. Strong computer skills and experience functioning in a highly technological and computer-savvy environment are also essential. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and NetDocs a plus.
