We are seeking an Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Seattle office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the success and growth of our office and join a team of well-respected professionals who truly enjoy working together.
Responsibilities include the supervision of non-lawyer personnel, financial management and planning, and facilities planning for the office. This position works in collaboration with the Director of Operations and HR in the creation of firm policies and benefit programs that promote the firm’s culture and vision; employee relations and HR compliance.
A minimum of five years of office management experience in a professional services environment is preferred. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and leadership skills who fosters a collaborative, team environment and brings focus, enthusiasm, and a dynamic approach to strategic planning in the areas of responsibility. Professionalism and integrity are required as well as the ability to solve problems and make decisions. The ideal candidate will have management skills in finance, human resources, operations/facilities, change initiatives, and strategic planning.
