Office Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bullivant Houser has an opening for a full-time Office Clerk to work in our downtown Seattle office. This entry-level position will be performing clerical and administrative duties including but not limited to mail distribution & processing, copying/scanning, filing, maintaining break room and common areas, restocking supplies, data entry, answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling meetings. This is the primary position that backs up our Resource Center and is pivotal to the daily operations of our office. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and hardworking, and enjoy pitching in wherever is needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Skills required include strong attention to detail, organization/prioritization, good oral and written communication, follow-through, resourcefulness, and the ability to multi-task. This team-oriented position requires someone professional, flexible, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Scheduled hours are working in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The base hourly salary range is $22.67-$23.65 and will consider years of relevant experience and internal equity.
