Office administrator with over 30 years of experience in the legal industry
As the Office Administrator for the San Francisco and Seattle offices, Jean is responsible for the business/financial management and day-to-day administrative operations, including oversight of non-lawyer personnel. In addition, Jean works closely with the firm’s Recruiter in the areas of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of non-lawyer personnel. She also works closely with the Director of Operations and corporate staff to collaborate, problem-solve and maintain consistency in best practices firm-wide.
In her role, Jean has also assisted in lease negotiations and space planning, overseeing leasehold improvements and office build-outs.
