WELL-ROUNDED TRIAL ATTORNEY WITH GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE PRACTICE COURTROOM EXPERIENCE
Chase Mayer is an Associate in Bullivant’s Casualty group. He is experienced in complex litigation matters in federal and state court, and is skilled in detailed legal analysis and effective client communication. He attended law school at University of Virginia, where he was an editor on the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law, and conducted internships at Charleston Pro Bono, the Lynchburg Prosecutor’s Office, as well as a private law firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Chase worked as an associate attorney at a large law firm in Houston, Texas. As an associate attorney Chase handled numerous depositions and hearings, obtaining favorable results for clients.
Before transitioning to private practice, Chase served as an assistant district attorney for the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office in El Paso, Texas. As an assistant district attorney, Chase gained early courtroom experience handling criminal cases.
