Diane Lenkowsky is a civil litigator who helps public entities, small- to mid-size businesses, property owners and employers resolve problems. She is brought in to defend clients on a wide range of litigation, including product liability and casualty cases, messy real estate property and easement disputes, and general commercial and employment matters. Diane takes time at the front end to understand her clients, their unique goals and what success looks like to them in the end. Putting herself in their shoes, she keeps cost in mind every step of the way and tailors a plan focused on achieving their goals. She comes completely prepared and knows how to bring clarity to a situation when explaining issues in court.
