Heather Fritsch has more than 25 years of experience, with a focus on insurance defense litigation, including complex personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death. In addition to her role as a paralegal, Heather was a licensed investigator working in both the legal and insurance industries for many years and has developed skills that have given her creative approaches to case analysis, research, and managing discovery. She has been involved in all phases of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial.

Prior to joining Bullivant Houser in 2022, Heather worked as an insurance defense paralegal in staff counsel firms at two major insurance companies, handling both personal market and commercial market clients in California, Oregon, and Washington.

In her free time, Heather can be found binging the latest true crime documentaries, reading a good book, or baking sweet treats.
