NAVIGATING DIFFICULT QUESTIONS AND MULTIFACETED ISSUES TO RESOLVE BUSINESS DISPUTES
Josh Masser loves solving legal problems, especially as they relate to complicated commercial, contract and constitutional law issues. Strong in research and writing, he works with sophisticated matters and readily digs into the toughest legal questions facing businesses and certified professionals in complex commercial litigation today. Josh especially enjoys the intersections of constitutional and business law, such as corporate issues involving First Amendment rights to free speech, association, and the exercise of religious beliefs. His cases have involved contract and business tort disputes, public company appraisal litigation, multi-district litigation, and professional liability, including engineer and lawyer malpractice (E&O) claims and corporate executive and officers (D&O) claims. Bringing a high level of dedication and attention to detail with a solid foundation of early courtroom experience, he is able to hit the ground running and takes a no-stones-unturned approach to his work.

PLAYING AND WRITING MUSIC AS A CREATIVE OUTLET
In his spare time, Josh loves to write music, tinker on vintage synthesizers, and play guitar. His grandfather was a composer, so he has always been surrounded by music. Between college and law school, Josh moonlit as a songwriter, and he has licensed his songs to films and even a virtual reality video game.
Josh also loves to read, dive into historical rabbit holes, and spend as much time as possible with his two cats, Kodama and Freya.
