DEDICATED MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE LEGAL FIELD
As the Seattle and San Francisco Office Manager, Lindsey is responsible for the business management and day-to-day administrative operations of those offices, including oversight of non-lawyer personnel. Lindsey also handles the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of non-lawyer personnel. In addition, Lindsey works closely with the Director of Operations and corporate staff to collaborate, problem-solve, and maintain consistency in best practices firm-wide. Prior to becoming the Office Manager, Lindsey worked as a paralegal in the firm. Her insight and knowledge from this experience help guide her when implementing firm initiatives and fostering strong relationships among employees.
