Gina Marchitiello received her paralegal certification in 1997 and has been working in that capacity since with an emphasis on litigation in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, professional liability, intellectual property, professional liability, and construction defect. She also has experience with workers’ compensation claims, both litigation and appeals.

Gina has managed a variety of cases from inception through verdict or settlement and has participated in numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

Gina enjoys international travel and has visited 33 countries, 29 of those as a solo traveler. She is a former foster parent, and current CASA volunteer. Since the pandemic, she and her Dalmatian, London Bridges, have fostered 15 puppies.
