SEASONED INSURANCE COVERAGE LITIGATOR WITH MORE THAN 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Our friend and colleague, Michael McCormack, has retired after practicing law for over 30 years. Michael’s litigation experience included first- and third-party coverage and bad faith matters arising from all aspects of commercial and HO lines. In addition, insurers regularly retained Michael to defend developers, contractors, and specialty subcontractors in construction defect litigation pertaining to condominiums and other commercial projects. Admitted to practice in Washington State, Michael had been co-counsel pro hac vice in California, Oregon, Colorado, and Idaho. In addition to his experience with insurance, Michael handled complex regulatory litigation related to healthcare and civil rights. The firm is grateful for Michael’s many years of excellent client service and professionalism.
Michael’s colleagues continue to provide legal services to clients in these practice areas. If you need legal assistance, please contact Matthew Sekits, Shareholder-in-Charge, at 206.521.6452; email: matthew.sekits@bullivant.com
