LITIGATION PARALEGAL WITH OVER 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN VARIOUS AREAS OF THE LAW, STATE AND FEDERAL COURT, MULTIPLE STATES
Tammy Armentrout has more than 40 years of complex litigation experience in the areas of product liability, drug and medical device liability, personal injury, securities, and environmental contamination. She designed and implemented case management systems for mass tort, complex litigation involved in breast implant, asbestos, and diet drug litigation. Tammy served as case managing paralegal for the regional defense and trial counsel teams for one of the key defendants in the breast implant litigation in the Pacific Northwest, which involved more than 1200 plaintiffs, in both state and federal court.
She has managed numerous small to medium-sized cases, as well as larger multi-million-dollar cases, for both plaintiffs and defendants. Matters have involved a precedent-setting government immunity issue, Superfund site cleanup, contract disputes with multinational firms, product liability, personal/catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.

Prior to joining Bullivant in 1992, Tammy worked for a mid-sized firm in southern Arizona for 13 years primarily in the areas of personal injury, product liability and construction. She took a hiatus from Bullivant in 1999 to form her own litigation support company, which provided imaging, coding, consulting, training, and trial support services. She consulted with law firms on implementing document and case management systems, including software selection and best practices. Tammy returned to the firm in 2005 to assist with managing the firm’s growing technology needs in the areas of traditional litigation support and electronic discovery.
During her hiatus, she co-authored a book, titled “The Litigation Support Guide.” Tammy has lectured at numerous litigation support seminars and provides training on most litigation support software.
