Armando Padron-Cruz is an associate in Bullivant’s Insurance group. His experience with insurance law litigation spans both first-party and third-party liability coverage disputes and bad faith claims involving different lines of insurance products. Armando has advised on a various claims dealing with motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, property damage, construction defects, and sexual assault. His work at Bullivant includes motion practice, briefing, discovery review and production, risk assessment, and evaluating the efficacy of defenses and the extent of indemnity obligations on behalf of insurers in the Pacific Northwest.
Armando has always been a driven litigator, adept in pre-trial matters and trial advocacy. He has a diverse background that includes prior experience in criminal and civil rights law. Armando earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, where he concentrated on creative and argumentative writing. At Stetson University College of Law, he competed in multiple national competitions as a member of Stetson’s #1 Ranked Trial Team.

Outside of the office, Armando devotes most of his free time to his family, trooping out with his wife and two daughters throughout the Greater Seattle area on hikes in Snoqualmie and strolls through Seattle’s many gardens. When he has time to himself, he nourishes his passion for writing fiction—short stories and novels. As a lifelong competitor, Armando has enjoyed competing in various sports, tournaments, challenges, and the like, and still periodically seeks out opportunities to compete. His most recent endeavor has been tabletop gaming.
