Bullivant traces its history in San Francisco to 1906 when Derby, Cook, Quinby & Tweedt relocated their offices from Hawaii. After Bullivant opened its San Francisco office in 1998, the two firms merged in 2000, building upon the success of their insurance, admiralty, and transportation practices.
