Represented a leading independent refinery and asphalt manufacturer in the Western States on the closing of a $16 million acquisition of an Oregon refinery and terminal facility, and a Washington terminal facility, both of which had significant environmental issues. Bullivant worked with the client on acquisition of assets, financing, negotiation of the purchase transaction, resolution of title, real estate, development, survey environmental and access issues, and coordination of the due diligence review. The transaction involved a restructure of the client’s current financing structure involving over $85 million in credit facilities.
