One of Bullivant’s lawyers successfully represented the plaintiffs in the landmark CERCLA transboundary pollution case, Pakootas v. Teck Cominco Metals Ltd., to enforce a Unilateral Administrative Order issued by EPA to a Canadian responsible party for releases in the U.S., in the prosecution of that claim before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
