Defended a prominent athletic and social club in Portland, Oregon in expulsion of a club member after pleading guilty to two felonies and serving time in prison. The plaintiff sued for readmission to the club and the trial court granted our motion for summary judgment on behalf of the club based on the statue of limitation. The plaintiff was not readmitted to the club.
