We assisted a client in the resolution of private-party enforcement action. The outcome resulted in site cleanup with minimal Oregon DEQ oversight, and a favorable negotiated resolution of private-party lawsuit with creative settlement terms (including a provision allowing limited additional remedial action funding if certain conditions were met).
