Matt Wojcik, Holly Brauchli, and Dan Lindahl won a significant victory in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals when the Federal Appellate Court upheld Matt and Holly’s successful defeat of a putative class action involving the Alaska Genetic Privacy Act (one of the strongest in the nation).
