On Thursday, April 30, 2020, Bullivant Houser and Holmes & Company presented a joint webinar on “Maximizing Forgiveness Under the Paycheck Protection Program: Tips, Techniques, and a Planning Toolkit (Avoid the Traps!)”

The webinar provided a comprehensive analysis of how to maximize the loan forgiveness of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

This webinar was designed for any business or sole proprietor who has received or expects to receive a loan under the PPP program. Additionally, financial, legal, and other advisers who are responsible for assisting clients in managing the PPP forgiveness process may benefit significantly from this program.
