Bullivant Houser Bailey PC is pleased to announce that Robert Spajic has joined the firm’s Casualty Law Practice Group in their Portland, Oregon office. Prior to joining Bullivant, Robert was a lead attorney with a Portland-based complex civil litigation law firm.
A seasoned litigator, Robert’s practice focuses on successfully defending clients against professional liability, product liability, personal injury, transportation, and construction claims. Admitted in both Oregon and Washington, he maintains an active practice in both states.
Prior to moving into private practice, Robert was part of the in-house legal team at Washington State University assisting various colleges and departments with public contracting, construction contract negotiation and enforcement, and a wide range of regulatory matters. Robert began his legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney which allowed him to gain valuable trial experience early in his career.

Robert received his B.A. with Honors in Political Science from San Jose State University in 1989 and went on to receive a J.D. from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 1992.
