Tom is an associate in Bullivant’s casualty law group. He primarily represents clients in a first party setting with an emphasis on Oregon’s evolving bad faith law. Prior to joining Bullivant, Tom worked as a prosecutor with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office. Tom’s litigation experience includes more than twenty jury trials litigated to verdict.
Tom holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School where he received the Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. He also holds in a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business where he graduated summa cum laude.
Concurrent with his trial work at Bullivant, Tom also serves as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
