James Treacy has more than 15 years of paralegal experience with a 10-year background in the construction field and 10-year experience as a small business owner. He focuses primarily on construction litigation, general litigation, business and corporate law, product liability, and employment matters. The clients he serves range from individuals and small local businesses to large corporations.

James has experience in investigation, document management, records review, drafting of legal documents, legal research, and trial support. His work often involves direct client assistance with a variety of issues, such as construction matters, products liability, corporate governance, and employment matters.

In his free time outside the office, James volunteers his time coaching his daughters in football, soccer, and basketball.  James still enjoys playing basketball and football in city leagues.  James and his family are actively involved in their local church volunteering with community outreach programs, men’s and women’s groups, and church-sponsored basketball activities.
